Technial Lead - IT

As our Network Operations Manageryou will be responsible to oversee the management and maintenance of our Cisco network technology within the IT department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network architecture, Cisco hardware and software, and possess strong leadership skills to drive the efficiency and reliability of our network infrastructure.

Responisibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of network operations professionals
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco network equipment
• Developing and implementing network security protocols and best practices
• Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems
• Providing technical guidance and supp
• ort to junior network operations staff
• Conducting regular network audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standardsTroubleshooting network issues and coordinating with vendors for equipment repair and replacement
• Developing and maintaining network operation policies and documentation
• WAN Management
• ISP Management, SLA Uptime Monitoring, Ticketing, Service/RCA discussion and  Planning Of betterment of IT Network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification( Must Have)
• Proven experience in managing Cisco and Cisco Meraki network infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Routing Technologies, OSPF, IGRP/EIGRP, RIP Static Routes, VPN termination, IPsec tunnel.
• DOT 1 Q, VLANs, DORA, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP, RSTP, Ether channel, Link aggregation. 
• QoS and Packet and Traffic Priority. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to network maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of network topology and principles along with best practices
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (PRTG, MRTG, Acko Ping, Ping Plotter) and diagnostic tools (Wire Shark)
