Motion Designer

As our Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic visual content that brings our brand and marketing campaigns to life. Leveraging your expertise in animation and motion graphics, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop captivating videos, animations, and multimedia content for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with a passion for storytelling through animation and a strong portfolio showcasing their motion graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Conceptualize, design, and animate visually compelling motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media content, product demos, and other digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboard concepts, visual treatments, and animation sequences that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
3. Create animated transitions, effects, and visual elements to enhance video content and improve overall viewer engagement. Work closely with the video production team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
4. Stay updated on animation trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of motion graphic designs. 
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines. 
6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and feedback, incorporating changes as needed to achieve desired results. 
7. Collaborate with external vendors, voiceover artists, and other partners as needed to execute animation projects effectively.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field. 
2. 4-7 years of experience as a motion graphic designer/animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation projects.
3. Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier pro and Blender, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion graphics techniques. 
5. Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging animations.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. 
8. Experience working with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and knowledge of video production processes is a plus.
