Campus Executive - Gurgaon

As our Campus Executive-Gurgaon, you will partner closely with the Campus Lead and ensure operational efficiency in all Campus Tasks related to logistics, college interactions and Campus Interviews. The person should be someone who would want to pursue a career in Hiring Young Talent across campuses and courses. Quick thinking on the ground, the ability to solve problems, daring to disrupt and challenge the status quo and an eye for detail are a few of the prerequisites required for the role. The primary focus will be to create a year-long hiring and engagement plan for the young Campus talent and partner with key universities. This position will be best suited to an inclusive, flexible and collaborative professional with some experience in recruiting and program management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with the Campus Lead to determine Talent Needs
• Understand and identify campus hiring trends and compile recruitment reports and presentations
• Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks
• Scheduling, managing, and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates – end-to-end
• Developing Internship programs and evaluating their performances with the support of the Campus Lead
• Market Intelligence about students, colleges, and Programs and managing all administrative
• tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles and applicant onboarding documentation
• Business Acumen in Hosting and attending college career days and conferences

Requirements

• A passion for building early career teams while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in an HR or Recruiting environment
• Any experience or exposure towards Campus recruitment would be considered good to have
• Proven ability to multitask, attention to detail and street smartness would be a must-have.
• Strong bent of mind towards market research, talent mapping, negotiating and influencing
• management decision-making.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation & articulation skills
