As our Business Analyst, We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a specialization in retention strategies. The role involves analyzing data and implementing initiatives to enhance customer or employee retention. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying trends that impact retention metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to retention metrics.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations outlining retention trends, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing actionable strategies.
• Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and forecast retention patterns.
• Conduct regular reviews of retention initiatives, assessing their effectiveness, and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor retention strategies accordingly.
• Identify key drivers impacting retention and provide actionable insights to improve these metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retention strategies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance retention efforts.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python/R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in interpreting customer or employee behaviour data is a plus.
