Growth Hacker (Community/Brand)

As our Growth Hacker (Community/Brand), you will join our market-leading gaming company and help drive our continued growth through online and offline community management, influencer partnerships, and college group outreach. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a critical role in expanding our brand presence, driving engagement, and establishing new partnerships within the gaming community in India.


  • Online and offline community management: Engage with current and potential gamers, build brand awareness, and drive user acquisition and retention through various online and offline channels.
  • Influencer management: Manage relationships with key influencers on platforms such as Telegram and YouTube, and develop partnerships to drive growth and engagement within the gaming community in India.
  • Partnerships and tie-ups with brands: Identify and secure partnerships with complementary brands to drive growth and reach new audiences within the gaming community in India.
  • College group outreach: Work with college groups and communities to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and acquire new users within the gaming community in India.
  • Analyze data and user behavior to identify key growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  • Manage the online community, engage with users, and handle customer support queries.
  • Set up offline communities and card clubs to enhance user engagement and promote the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and techniques to optimize growth initiatives.


  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or influencer marketing within the gaming industry in India.
  • Strong knowledge of online and offline community-building strategies in the gaming space in India.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer partnerships and campaigns within the gaming industry in India.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the gaming community in India.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives in India.
