Senior Manager/ Head-Financial Planning & Analysis

As our Senior Manager/ Head-Financial Planning & Analysis you will be setting up and leading the FP&A function working closely with the Finance & Strategy head.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process
• Develop detailed financial models and analyze them to support business decisions
• Manage all investor reporting (weekly / monthly / quarterly/ annual) capturing analysis of business performance
• Prepare high-quality business update presentations for investors
• Review business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on a bi-weekly basis
• Keep business teams on course for delivering the outcomes identified during update meetings by setting up milestones for key projects; partner in delivering the same.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision-making.
• Identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery of margin & cost projects and program manage them to operational excellence..

Requirements

• Degree from a B-School/IIT.
• 4-8 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in working on financial models, and making business update reports/presentations.
• Experience in reviewing business performance, and working across departments to deliver results.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong drive to deliver results, with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Comfortable working with Tableau.
