Job Overview

As a Senior Employee Experience Executive HR - People Ops you would be responsible for implementing and maintaining HRMS software, ensuring compliance with regulations, collaborating with HR and IT for enhancements, providing technical support and training, monitoring system issues, developing HR metrics and reports, staying updated with HR technology trends, maintaining data security, conducting user acceptance testing, supporting change management, assisting in recruitment and performance management, and addressing employee queries and grievances.

Responsibilities:

1.     Implement and maintain the HRMS software, ensuring data integrity, system security, and user access control.

2.     Develop and maintain HRMS procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3.     Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and integrations with other HR tools and applications.

4.     Provide technical support and training to HR professionals and employees on the HRMS, including system functionalities, data entry, and report generation.

5.     Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, working with IT or external vendors to resolve technical problems promptly.

6.     Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports using the HRMS, providing accurate and timely data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

7.     Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, evaluating new HRMS features and functionalities to enhance system efficiency and performance.

8.     Maintain confidentiality and data security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and HR policies.

9.     Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and conduct user acceptance testing for system upgrades or new modules.

10.  Assist with change management activities related to HRMS implementations, including communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.

11.  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

12.  Be actively involved in recruitment by offer letters generation and sharing with the candidate.

13.  Assist in performance management processes.

14.  Responding to employee queries, and grievances over phones, emails, and meetings with employees.

Requirements

·       2-5 years experience in HR Operations.

·       Knowledge and experience in managing HRMS tools preferably workday.

·       Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.

·       Good written and spoken communication skills.

·       Eye for detailing, Strong team player, and Analytical ability

·       Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and G-Suite.
