Product Manager - I/II - Data Focused

As our Product Manager I/II, you will work in collaboration with the Director/Associate Director of the Product and take responsibility for growing the product. Our product team is the guiding force for all our products, working towards the birth and growth of each element of Junglee Games on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met and maintain a high-quality standard of product, live-ops & delivery. You will be working closely with our design, business, engineering, and operations team, to comprehend user-faced hurdles, brainstorm and curate beautiful solutions and also ensure that Junglee Brand grows manifolds. This role would provide you with an opportunity to join a central team with big ambitions and grow products from scratch to the hockey stick trajectory.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure with organisational vision Understanding of Analytics, Data sciences, BI, DW& Big data technologies and platforms
• Experience with Data, Storytelling, Process Analysis, Data analysis, providing consulting and idea generation.
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach. Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation and change management.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinker with experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights and driving operational improvements
• Firsthand experience in data visualisation, Reporting, Dashboard development on tools like Tableau, BO and Analytical tools
• Familiarity with Big Data, Hive, Cloud connectivity preferred
• In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics.

• Take end-to-end ownership of the assigned product from feature development to all problem solving issue coming across the product
• Able to do competitor analysis for product enhancement and building  future product roadmap
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to enhance and improve adaptability via improve customer experience
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Producers and customer experience team to successfully identify build and launch the product 
• Write game/feature specs, analyze key performance metrics, and drive business results with a customer-first approach along with designing user journeys across various product lines.
• Be well-versed in technical terminology, integration details, and solutions.
• Understand cross-organisational modules and product dependencies.
• Work with Marketing and Product Marketing leads to developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
• Plan knowledge sessions for product releases within the organisation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product experience is a must.
• Managed and run AB experiments in the past.
• Data-driven - solid understanding of data/analytics tools, and the ability to deep dive into data to make decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office & MS Excel.
• Expert in JIRA and Tableau.
• Exposure to card games like Poker and Rummy would be a big plus. Love for games and creating a fun, compelling, and addictive user experience.
• Must have the passion to self-motivate, the guide to selling your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally.
