As our Manager, you will be responsible for expected to engage in financial analysis in areas such as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quarterly financial reporting of standalone accounts for limited review.
- Preparation of annual standalone financials, notes to accounts, and handling annual audits.
- Correspondence and coordination with subsidiary accountants.
- Conversion of foreign subsidiaries accounts in local currency as per Ind AS.
- Preparation of financial statements (annual and quarterly).
- Preparation and review of Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process, and periodic analysis of financial performance.
- Signing the monthly process note on critical finance activities as part of internal controls checklist.
- Building and implementing the ICFR controls.
- Implementation of Ind AS transition.
- Implementation of Oracle as a ERP & Hyperion as a reporting tool.
- Prepare financial valuations/Discounted cash flows for statutory compliances.
- Handle investor financial and legal due diligence.
- Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Working on new projects covering various financial aspects.
- Handle banking relationships and find improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze results.
- Ensure the compliance/documentation required for all laws like FEMA, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates
- Responsible for Collections/Accounts receivables.
- Handle complete end-to-end P2P process, responsible for vendor compliance, and drive credit with vendors.
- Streamline new tools implementation to support the finance function and building automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Big 4 experience preferred.
- Experience in Audit assistance with big 4.
- GST and Tax knowledge.
- Problem solver with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good accounting knowledge (IGAAP).
- Experience working on Tally.
