Head of Talent Acquisition

As our Head of Talent Acquisition we expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven leader who will grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business KPIs. If you have previous experience in leading a recruiting function and scaling culture, we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans, sourcing strategies to meet hiring requirements across all the departments
• At all times, will be in touch with candidates to excite and intrigue about the opportunities at Junglee
• Regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews) and tracking its effectiveness
• Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance of TA partners (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire,source-of-hire, etc.)
• Leading from the front and guiding the team to closure

Requirements

• 8-12 years of proven experience in building a team of top-notch players in a product-based company
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines, and in a growth environment
• Strong sense of excellence and will to do more and more
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workable preferred!
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
