As an Assistant Manager Performance Marketing you would own complete responsibility of acquiring new users and leads through new sources of traffic (SEM/Facebook/Affiliates) and optimizing them to drive the strongest value for acquisition on Web and Mobile. You would demonstrate strong creativity towards acquisition/paid marketing tactics and drawing value from all campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all SEM/ Facebook campaigns in order to maximize ROI.
- Managing the SEM, Facebook/ Insta and Acquisition efforts to define and deliver ROI and volume objectives.
- Managing either internal resources or agencies to deliver, monitor and report on daily/weekly and monthly KPIs against targets.
- Work towards the forecasting of the target assumptions of paid sources during quarterly and annual budget and forecast periods, liaising with the Design, Technology and Finance teams.
- Optimization of tracking, reporting and data accuracy to support further development of acquisition activities.
- Hands-on with Google Analytics, in creating custom reporting, Experiments, Goals and Filters.
- Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data, and drive clear insights to lead decisions that improve KPIs.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a paid marketing professional (at least 3-5 years in handling Adwords and Facebook campaign).
- Extensive analytical and sales oriented skills with a data-driven decision making preference. (should possess advanced level skills in MS Excel formulas).
- Should have built PPC strategies to reduce the Cost per click(CPC) and Cost per lead (CPL).
- Hands-on experience on Facebook and Google Adwords panel.
- Hands-on experience at least one visualization platform such as Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire or Excel. Tableau skills preferred.
- Advanced SQL skills are Preferred.
