Graphic Designer / Sr. Graphic Designer

As our Graphic Designer / Sr. Graphic Designer, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in UI design to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of creative flair and technical proficiency, with a focus on crafting visually compelling designs and intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, a passion for creating engaging user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

1. Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across various platforms, including digital, web, and mobile. 
2. Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement. 
3. Create user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to use, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. 
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
5. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience. 
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and UI/UX design. 
7. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills and grow professionally. 
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. 

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. 
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar software. 
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI/UX work and graphic design across various mediums. 
5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies. 
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. 
7. Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
8. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable but not required.
