Senior Finance Executive - Reporting Analyst

As our Reporting Analyst, you will be involved in providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization, completing payments, and controlling expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrutiny of trial balances
• Reporting of revenue at various parameters for eg. State level & basis brand
• Reporting of General Ledger from an audit point of view with adequate backup
• Planning of quarterly closing process and ensuring timely deliverables to the auditor as subsidiaries
• Intercompany reconciliation between the group and its subsidiaries
• Preparation of analytical review for standalone as well consolidated financials
• Preparation of various financial ratios, working capital analysis as well as cash flow analysis
• Provide support to secretarial and investor relationship team for preparation of annual report
• Ensuring adherence to Internal Financial Control
• Co-ordinate with local finance team and local consultants on various matters. Co-ordinate with local consultants for their annual audit
• Liaise with local consultants to ensure financial reporting related compliances at non-operating overseas subsidiaries (e.g. Filing of annual return, Tax returns, other compliances within due dates). Liaise with local finance teams and track compliances at operating overseas subsidiaries
• Cross charging to overseas subsidiaries in compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• General Ledger scrutiny, driving Balance Sheet Hygiene / Balance Sheet schedules preparation and review.
• Experience in accounting and due diligence is desirable.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• The person carrying experience from the startup industry would be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle tools.
• Hands-on closure expertise on monthly packs and Audit Management.
• Clear & Soft Communicator.
