Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should have an understanding of how to independently attract top talent quickly and creatively, while always keeping the culture fit a priority who can manage the full-cycle recruiting process.

You should be highly responsive to candidates as well as the hiring managers. Exceptionally skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in a variety of functions – from product to marketing to customer support with exposure to technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience regardless of the outcome.
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals as well as passive candidates through networking and research.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and company leaders to understand hiring needs and goals.
  • Draw upon your recruiting experience to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Keep our ATS (we use Workable) organized and make sure the interviews are documented and the feedback is submitted in a timely manner
  • Proactively analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues by tracking relevant KPIs like time to closure, average days to interview, offer, joining, etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stay focused in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to rapidly-changing environments.
  • A hunter’s mentality and determined to hit hiring goals by a relentless focus on the closure time.
  • A matchmaker-- it should be in your DNA.
  • Passion for creating one-of-a-kind, high caliber candidate experiences.
  • Interest in and understanding of technology is a must.
  • Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of job sites and networking sites, i.e.: LinkedIn, Angelist, Tophire, Hirist, etc.
  • Assertive but not pushy; you have excellent boundaries.
