Customer Experience Executive- KYC

As our Customer Experience Executive you will endeavor to provide excellent user experience and believe that behind every successful product excellence is customer delight. You will drive our products' success through your vision for excellence in customer resolutions and support experiences across all channels.

Requirements

• Responsible for auditing KYC documents.
• Produce timely and high-quality KYC profiles checks.
• Work with the operational managers to ensure timely completion of profiles and prioritize workload to meet KYC objectives.
• Ensure all SLA's are accomplished with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Respond to escalated issues regarding performance and quality.
• Flexible to work on Weekends as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Proven focus on all quality parameters.
• 6+ months of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient at typing, with above-average words per minute typing speed (30 WPM / 100% accuracy).
• Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments.
