Sr Talent Acquisition Executive (Non Tech- Bangalore)

Hiring the best talent requires the best recruiting minds to drive productivity and candidate engagement. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers to drive world-class staffing practices and strategy and to achieve aggressive hiring goals. Primary focus will be on proactive sourcing and researching for each of the recruiting pipelines. This position will be best suited to an inclusive, flexible and collaborative professional with a solid experience in sourcing or recruiting.

What is meant for this role:

• Manage the entire recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and review cadence on pipelines
• Maintain data integrity within our ATS
• Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and future starts
• Mandatory filing of ‘Intake session’ for the demands assigned prior to starting the search
• Partner across a variety of functions to create relevant compelling personalised and high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Hiring experience specifically in scaling up business in a fast-paced organisation.
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system
• Experience from within a high-volume recruitment function with the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
• Strong English verbal/written communication is a must with an ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
