As our IT Engineer, you will be part of our highly motivated IT team and be responsible for all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our computers and computer network. To succeed in the role, you should be good at solving problems and come up with creative solutions to issues. You will need to constantly update yourself on all hardware and software trends and advancements.

Requirements
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Install, configure and manage L2 switch (VLAN)
- Install, configure and manage AD server along with DHCP and DNS
- Configure and Manage Firewall (preferably Checkpoint or any firewall)
- Manage wireless Access point
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts on Windows and Mac workstations.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls.
- Upgrade computers and systems with new releases and models.
- Taking inventory on a timely basis.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in desktop and laptop administration.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
