Team Leader- Customer Experience

As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. We are looking for an experienced team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably from the gaming domain.
• Salesforce experience will be an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (Inbound + chat + Email support)
• Good MS Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Encourage creativity and out of box process enhancement ideas
• Suggest and organize team building activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the team lead role.
• Experience working with any gaming domain.
• Good knowledge of the customer base in terms of their game behavior, requirements, etc.
• Awareness of all the policies and procedures used to provide seamless support to customers.
• High integrity is non-negotiable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
