Assistant Manager- FP&A

As our Assistant Manager- FP&A you will be involved in updating financial models, monitoring business performance, and analyzing business trends. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with large and complex data sets to analyze and track financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Perform financial forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for leadership reviews
• Prepare & automate weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting
• Identify and drive process improvements, including automation of reports
• Ensure a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency with the ability to reconcile data issues and collaborate with stakeholders
• Query data and fetch reports directly from various systems and our data warehouse using Tableau, SQL, Python
• Strong data-driven sense to explore the usage of data and turn it into real business application
• Streamline and report KPIs to investors and provide statistical insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in using Tableau
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and with keen attention to detail
• Prior experience of working in a start-up would be an added advantage
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects through completion
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion.
