Product Operations

We are looking for a Product Operations Executive to drive the Clients payouts while ensuring adherence to external compliance.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge in Sports (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, and NBA)
• Experience in doing a diligent competitor analysis
• Experience in writing Scope doc on product operations requirements
• Experience in performing User acceptance Testing Experience in vendor management
• Experience in analysing Product operational CX queries
• SQL Knowledge is preferable
• Managing a 10 member team
• Maintain team roaster and actively implement it
• Should be a quick problem solver
• Bridged Gaps between Operations and Product to help define a better Product experience.
• Worked closely with Design Team to develop UI/UX assets for Promotions and In-App product interface.
• Worked with the Technical Team to develop challenging product aspects.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience required
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge about Sports
• Thorough knowledge in fantasy sports (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, and Basketball(NBA))
• Able to provide competitor analysis
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends
• Should be a quick problem solver and ownership skills
