Finance Leadership

As our Leader of the Finance Team, you will manage and own all key work streams across Finance, Business Strategy, Compliance, P&L and Investor relations. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit for this high ownership role and must have hands-on experience in executing short and long-term business strategies. You will be part of senior leadership in the Junglee Games team and will focus on crafting a strong culture of growth strategy around finance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Strategic leader to the business and integrate finance into the decision-making process and develop and/or challenge strategic business decisions.
  • Participate and contribute to the development, execution, and achievement of the Company's overall growth strategy.
  • Oversee FP&A, taxation, MIS and other key pillars to ensure the highest standards of reporting locally and internationally with Junglee’s parent entity Flutter.
  • Ensure robust financial accounting and integrity of reporting and uphold the group standards on financial controls
  • Advise on M&A and investment activities and provide strategies for the company’s success.
  • Streamline team structures and financial processes. Develop the capability and skills within the finance team and introduce a development culture
  • Play an integral role in developing all the planning cycles like strategic planning, annual operating plans, forecasts, etc.
  • Work closely with International CFO to ensure Junglee financial plans and requirements are aligned with the group
  • Liaise with auditors and law firms to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances.

Requirements


  • Demonstrated ability in partnering with the CEO and the business leaders in identifying and driving growth, as well as building a strong controllership environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit at heart with a mindset of extreme ownership.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and curiosity with strong interest in gaming.
  • Experience in a globally distributed and diverse corporate environment.
  • Ability to challenge and influence senior leadership with demonstrated ability to drive business results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end Finance strategy and operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
