Product Operations Executive I/II- ORM

As our Product Operations Executive who shall be responsible for on-line content, tracking and analysis of reputation factors and account to successful management of client’s on-line reputation. Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, App/Play stores, Consumer Complaints, and other social channels.
  • Monitor posts and identify trends or threats to the customer experience or our brand.
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
  • Effective documentation of quantity and quality customer interactions.
  • Assist in testing new methods and tools aimed at expediting our support processes.
  • Leverage strong business judgement to determine whether to respond to the customers on posts or ask them to connect privately via email or DM.
  • Be a subject matter expert and own support processes that can be highly complex, urgent, and sensitive.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Social media channels.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, and exceptional initiative & follow-up skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Available to work day, night, and weekends.
