Customer Experience Executive - FTE

As our Customer Experience Executive, you will play a critical role in helping our users with all their queries and issues via voice, email, and chat (blended support). You will engage our users and present them with the best customer service experience, which will directly influence the company's success.

Core to our culture, you will work in small, fast-paced teams in a challenging, technology-driven environment. You should always strive to provide our users with the best possible service as we place special emphasis on supporting our users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customers’ queries and issues through voice, email and chat channels following the defined process.
• Meet the average response time along with productivity while ensuring you follow all quality parameters.
• Ensure all SLAs are accomplished with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Work with the team lead to ensure the best customer service is being delivered and all customer queries/issues are being resolved with clarity and promptness.
• Focus on providing first time resolution to customer.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS office applications and Google suite.
• Min 1 to 2+ years experience in voice, email, or chat processes.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and week offs / 6th day (24*7 environment).
• Knowledge of online games/ real money games and skill-based games will be an added advantage.
• Multilingual candidates will be preferred.
