Team Lead Product Operations

As our Team Leader Product Operations, you will lead by example by proactively anticipating issues, minimizing fraud exposure, and counteracting payment fraud while providing support to Customer Services to resolve payment queries. Ensuring even workload distribution, you will determine fraudulent activity and act according to set internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and reactive approach towards fraud mitigation.
• Analyze the internal and external fraud prevention tools outcomes and provide professional feedback as needed.
• Act as the escalation point of contact, to advise and decide on the treatment of problematic players.
• Collaboration with internal and cross-functional teams to continually redefine best practices by enhancing tools, data sources, system functionalities, and fraud detection methods.
• You will be responsible for constant assessment and improvement of the fraud process.
• Make appropriate recommendations on how to improve internal processes and tools.
• Ensuring compliance with Company’s fraud and risk policies.

Requirements

• Should be willing to work any shift since the role is for our 24X7 service.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of the online gaming industry.
• 4+ years of hands-on and customer-facing experience in risk management operations and demonstrating growth and leadership through those years.
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Involvement in/exposure to new initiatives in risk management operation.
• Intuitive understanding of potential problems and loopholes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with conflicts and confrontations.
• Experience in team building and mentoring of subordinates with a can-do attitude.
• Strong ability to deliver with minimal resources and supervision.
• Highly reliable team player with an excellent work ethic.
