Senior Manager/Manager- Transaction , Risk and Fraud

We are looking for a Leader to champion all our users’ happiness as the Head of operations-Transaction , Rsik and Fraud . Role :

You will work with the leadership team and help build, lead, and manage India’s fastest- growing gaming startup’s Customer fraud and risk divisions.

● Responsible for all touchpoints of the Customer with our product support verticals. Craft their seamless transaction journey and deliver an amazing experience as we serve them

above and beyond their expectations.

● Build our team, processes, vision, and strategy. Create Customer happiness and success culture that truly turns every user into an ambassador of our service, and a fan

of our experience team!

● Someone who is not shy to roll up the sleeves and get into the details to provide fresh perspective and improvement ideas. Ready to put extra effort to transform the team.

● Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment. Self motivated and able to work effectively under pressure

● As a head of the risk team you will be expected to possess an in depth understanding of the risk and transaction sector, participate in due diligence with various teams and eventually provide recommendations for better processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scaling the Customer Transaction and Fraud team .
  • To Manage fraud and risk for all the Business games Verticals.
  • Manage End to End operational delivery and ensure world-class experience to the customers.
  • Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients, Management.
  • TAT Management, Process Improvements, Regulatory Compliance, Audits- Process/Transactional Level, Overall MIS
  • Deliver high-quality service through all touchpoints for the Clients/Investors and Responsible for quality of response & TAT
  • Responsible for first time best resolution & elimination of scope for escalations
  • Effective budget allocation and management of overall cost of Transaction and risk team
  • Design customer risk and transaction strategy in line with the objectives of the company and ensure that Organizations Customer experience is benchmarked across the industry.
  • To build and work in tandem with the Technology/ product team to improve payments experience and fraud detection systems.
  • Manage Dash-board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it
  • Team Management - Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition Management
  • Optimizing Staff cost & Operational costs.
  • Strong sense and ability to read through numbers to find out trends and insights
  • Improve the current risk models and have ability to work on large data groups
  • Build strategies and operating processes in the transaction and risk management space.
  • Develop and evaluate various ops metrics and framework to measure the effectiveness of the processes and procedures.
  • Experience of 6 to 8 years in the field of Analytics, Payments & Fraud Risk Management.
  • Experience of putting strategic initiatives in place related to Payments, risk and fraud detection.
  • Strong data analytics data-driven and analytical mindset is required.Ability to crunch numbers if required from basic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with conflicts and confrontations
  • Experience in team building and mentoring of subordinates within the ops department is a must.
