Marketing Executive-Retention

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to end user journeys/promotion from onboarding to reactivation using in-house tools or Marketing CRM Tool
• Analyse daily campaigns & promotions, deliver key insights & optimise.
• Coordinate with product/BI/Marketing and execute A/B test on the production environment
• Presenting daily/ weekly/ monthly reports of promotional campaigns
• Do Competitor research and suggest meaningful insights and enhancements periodically
• Work closely with content/design Team to develop assets for Promotions

Requirements

• B.Tech or a bachelor’s degree.
• 0-1 of Professional experience
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good Excel skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of tools like Webengage or Clevertap is preferred
• Understanding of Databases, SQL or Tableau is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with Stakeholders
