Product Operation Executive I/II- Withdrawal

As our Product Operation Executive I/II- Withdrawal you have endeavored to provide an excellent user experience by processing customer payouts as per internal and external compliance in a timely manner. You will play the critical role of supporting our users through all their concerns/queries. By engaging and presenting users with the best service possible, you will directly influence the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Diligently responsible for working in operations related to transactions by processing Client's Payouts.
• Responsible for complete Research and Analysis of User's account activities.
• Detection, Prevention, and Minimization of any Potential Fraud Risk.
• Responsible for safeguarding all the financial transactions by Identification and Elimination of Fraudulent activities across all our products.
• Utilizing decision-making ability to best reduce the losses of the Organization as well as Users.
• Processing all the transactions ensuring minimum Turnaround Time and maintaining process SOP.
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality performance with adherence to Internal as well as External Compliance.
• Being updated by all means ( IMPS, NEFT, UPI ) of Transactions.
• Managing schedules and shifts to ensure continuity of the functioning of Operations.
• Proactively suggesting process improvement Ideas.
• Being a Team player, ready to take initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education.
• Minimum 1 year experience ( preferably in payout processing) with a keen interest in operations.
• Details oriented and organized.
• Good decision-making ability.
• Strong knowledge of Rummy and Fantasy games.
• Good command of excel with an eye on business metrics.
