Associate Manager - Product Operations

Our Product Management team is looking for a Product Operations Associate Manager who will be responsible for shaping processes for our Daily fantasy sports operations. An analytical problem solver who has experience formulating and implementing scalable processes will be great in this role. Core to our culture, you will work in a fast paced team, where everyone owns a significant role in contributing to day to day operational efficiency. As a member of the product operations team, you will have the opportunity to solve interesting problems for fantasy sports users in a technology driven and customer centric work culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure process adherence in Day to Day operations.
• Create/Maintain Knowledge bank of processes SOPs and relevant operations documentation
• Lead refresher training for ops team on changes to processes/systems.
• Work on executing and validating new initiative projects/experiments.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of excel (Must have)
• Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills. (Must have)
• Prior experience in working on SOP creation/process documentation. (Must have)
• Prior experience in fantasy sports industry (Good to have)
• Passion for sports. (Good to have)
• Experience : 2-5 years
