As Our Communication Manager II, you will be a part of our communication team who’d help us role initiates, coordinates, and executes marketing and communications strategies that align with the business goals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, and improving communication plans for supporting business objectives and ensuring the development of cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Drive communication along with big promotional launches at scale while keeping segmentation focus. Needs to understand all communication channels - in-app, banner, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required.
- Enhance user communication across product funnels. Collaborate with Product & Product Marketing to identify behavioral trends of users and create personalized and contextual user communication.
- Understands business KPIs and key levers that move them to design communication across various product funnels.
- Identify seasonal trends in both English and vernacular languages and scan competitors to come up with promotional communication strategies
Requirements
- Should have 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and communications with an MBA degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field.
- Should be a good communicator, fast learner, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to work swiftly across different projects.
- Should have strong project management skills and be able to provide clear, time-bound actionable for the team to ensure high-quality work.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
