Senior Manager – App Store Management (Product).
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities of the store are functioning smoothly (App Stores & OEMs Stores)
- Ensure all store policies are being adhered & all activities of the store are functioning smoothly.
- Analyze performance of all games on the app stores platforms
- Drive organic acquisition on the App Store and Google Play, leveraging every channel available to defend/optimize top ranks in stores, rank for more keywords and improve conversion in the stores.
- Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to gain insights and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidelines and recommendations to teams for how to maximize discoverability and conversion rates based on analytics
- Conduct experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and prove their effectiveness.
- Follow the impact & metrics of the optimizations implemented for our products
- Develop an expertise regarding key App Store specificities and make sure these criteria are being efficiently implemented.
- Conduct daily monitoring and reporting on ranks across top keywords, reviews, and sentiments across stores.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contemporary practices in SEO/ASO, and Google/Apple algorithm updates.
- Work with intelligence tools, dashboards, data and data-based decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a store manager or other managerial positions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead them through to implementation
- A good understanding of the mobile gaming market
- Ability to communicate across a number of levels and be able to influence development and marketing teams
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Knowledge of the market trends and best practices
