No SQL Application DBA

As our No SQL Application DBA, you will be part of our growing engineering team and responsible for exploring and implementing best practices and performance tuning opportunities.

Defines, designs, and implements cluster solutions, as well as, proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

Requirements

• Understanding the existing MongoDB and ScyllaDB setups and how they are used in the code.
• Exploring query performance tuning and data model optimization scopes and helping the developers with the corresponding proof of concepts/implementations.
• Exploring best practices and helping the developers with the corresponding proof of concepts/implementations.
• Suggesting monitoring and alerts for identifying performance gaps in the data stores.
• Understanding the data models and optimizing them to improve performance and scalability.
• Experience with very complex database environments.
• Expertise in Database performance tuning.
• Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
