Customer Experience Executive (Voice)

We are looking for Customer Experience Executives ( Voice)  who endeavor to provide excellent user experience and believe that behind every successful Product is excellence in Customer SupportAt Junglee Games, we place a special emphasis on supporting our users and strive to provide world-class customer service. As a member of the Customer Operations and Service team, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will play the critical role of supporting our users through all their concerns/queries. By engaging and presenting users with the best service possible, you will directly influence the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak to our customers over the phone and resolve their issues.
  • Talk to users regarding their gaming experience & share company announcements.
  • Gather & log user suggestions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Customer Service call based support role. 
  • Having experience in taking high volume inbound calls.
  • Fluent in at least two languages out of Telugu or Kannada apart from Hindi and English.
  • Be a confident go-getter who can easily speak to customers. 
  • Be open to the outbound calling profile and be able to make 100-120 calls a day.
  • Willing to work on weekends (will get weekdays off).
  • Strong understanding of and ability to empathize with the customer's point of view. 
  • Knowledge of 13 card rummy will be an added advantage.
  • The right candidate would have experience in dealing with high-value customers/clients and understand how to cater to the VIP category of customers.
